- § 5JurisdictionPLACEHOLDER body — Subject to the provisions of the Muslim Family Laws Ordinance, 1961, Family Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain, hear and adjudicate upon matters specified in the Schedule.
- § 10Pre-trial proceedingsPLACEHOLDER body — At the pre-trial proceedings, the Family Court shall ascertain points at issue between the parties and attempt to effect a compromise or reconciliation.
